two fish gallery café opened in September 2006 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and provides an exhibition space for Asian art in a café setting. 'Asian art' is defined as art produced by artists living and/or working in Asia, including Asian as well as non-Asian artists.

two fish is owned and operated by Taiwanese-born painter, David Huang The café serves a blend of Asian and Western home-style cooking, fantastic fresh juices, coffee & sweets. Much of the cooking has been inspired by David's Mum. There is something for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

On the food menu you will find: a selection of garden fresh salads; sautéed green beans with garlic; home-made dumplings; smoky eggplant with minced pork; stir fried chicken with lemon grass and bell peppers; a local chicken curry; ou-siang tofu (dried tofu with Chinese herbs & parsley); plum-scented sweet potato fries; and fish served with mango salad

Our juices include: fresh squeezed orange; papaya flush (papaya, apple & lime); watermelon, lime juice and mint leaves; banana and passion shake; pineapple cleanse (pineapple, apple & celery); beetroot and ginger liver cleanse; salad in a glass; pineapple & root ginger; passion fruit and mango shake; lychee with mint; and a dragon fruit, banana & passion fruit smoothie

David Huang

David Huang is Taiwanese. His interest in art began at the age of
six when he was sent to Hong Kong to study Chinese calligraphy.
He moved from there to traditional Chinese brushwork and ink painting.
His work has been influenced by his travels throughout Asia, and
work and study experience in Japan and the United States.
David moved to Cambodia in January 2005. Since then he has provided part-time
photographic and illustration support services to non-government organizations and
